QR codes, paper-ready.
Type a URL, paste a vCard, set a Wi-Fi password, drop a map pin. Pick paper-cream colors or your own. Up to 2000-pixel print PNG. Nothing leaves your browser — including the data inside the QR. For dynamic QRs, grab a real platform.

Six places paper meets internet
- 01 for menus
A printable QR linking to your dinner menu
Restaurant menus moved to QRs in 2020 and never came back. Generate one with the URL of your menu PDF, ink-on-paper colors, 1200px PNG, print at 3 inches square. Tape to each table, replace the menu when the prices change without reprinting cards.
- 02 for invites
A wedding invite QR linking to the registry
Paper wedding invitations with a QR in the corner pointing to your wedding website is now standard. Pick the moss-on-cream preset for an editorial feel, set high error correction so it survives a folded envelope. Print on the back of the RSVP card.
- 03 for journals
A QR in a scrapbook page that opens your photo album
Glue a printed photo onto a journal page; tuck a small QR next to it that links to the rest of the gallery online. The page becomes the cover of an unlimited photo book — physical scrapbook on the surface, infinite gallery underneath.
- 04 for wifi
A Wi-Fi QR that auto-joins guests
Hosting? Tape a Wi-Fi QR to the entryway and guests join your network without typing the password. Use the Wi-Fi template (it embeds SSID, password, and security type) and ink-on-kraft for that 'we have a guest book too' touch.
- 05 for products
A print sticker linking to product care info
Etsy sellers attach a small QR sticker to each product linking to a care/usage page. Improves the unboxing experience without printing dense instructions on a hangtag. 600×600 PNG prints great on standard label paper.
- 06 for portfolios
A vCard QR on the back of your business card
Business cards live and die on whether the recipient remembers to add you. A vCard QR (built-in template) auto-fills your contact when scanned — name, phone, email — straight into their contacts app. No more 'I should email her' guilt-piles.
Frequently asked
Does my data get sent anywhere? +
No. The QR is generated entirely in your browser via JavaScript. Whatever you type — URL, Wi-Fi password, vCard contact info — never leaves your device.
What's error correction (L/M/Q/H)? +
QR codes contain redundant data so they still scan when partially damaged. Level L recovers ~7%, M ~15%, Q ~25%, H ~30%. Higher levels mean more dots in the code (denser pattern). For print, H is safest because the code might survive coffee spills, folds, or scratches.
How big should I print it? +
Rule of thumb: 1cm × 1cm minimum for a phone scan from arm's length. 3×3cm for posters scanned from across a room. Bigger always works; smaller might fail in low light. The download-size slider lets you pick the pixel resolution that prints sharp at any physical size.
Why did the QR change shape when I added text? +
QR codes have versions 1-40, each with more capacity. Add more text, the encoder picks a higher version with more rows and columns. The pattern becomes denser. You can also drop the error-correction level to fit more text into a less-dense code.
Can I add a logo in the center? +
Not in v1 — keep an eye out. With high error correction (Q or H), QR codes can lose ~25% of the dots and still scan, which is how center-logo QRs work. For now, run the result through Add Text to Photo or your design app to drop a logo over the center.
What's the Wi-Fi template format? +
WIFI:T:WPA;S:network;P:password;; — the prefix tells the phone it's Wi-Fi credentials. Replace 'network' with your SSID and 'password' with your password. The phone OS handles the connection automatically when scanned.
